Trustee Motions

Trustee initiated motions are a way that individual trustees can create leadership and growth for the Board. These motions, if approved, are implemented by the Administration under the direction and supervision of the Superintendent.

Requests for Information: Ripley, Catherine

  1. 2010/02/09 Other Revenue Streams: Trustee Ripley requested that information be provided on what other revenue streams are available to the Board in addition to current revenue streams and what is required to pursue these revenue streams.
  2. 2010/02/23 Tax Levy Plebiscite: Trustee Ripley requested that the Administration contact the City of Edmonton and provide information regarding the requirements and possible impact of a special school tax levy plebiscite. Also provide information from the government regarding sources of revenue that will no longer be available to the District.
  3. 2009/01/13 Severe Disabilities: Trustee Ripley requested that information be provided regarding the costs for the continuation of funding for students with severe disabilities who had received early education funding.
