Trustee Motions

Trustee initiated motions are a way that individual trustees can create leadership and growth for the Board. These motions, if approved, are implemented by the Administration under the direction and supervision of the Superintendent.

  1. 2010/02/23 Fulton Place Physical Condition: Trustee Rice requested that information be provided regarding the physical condition of the Fulton Place annex in terms of Occupational Health and Safety and other considerations and what repairs might be required over the next five years.
  2. 2009/10/13 5-year Rollup of Achievement: Trustee Rice requested that information be provided to Trustees prior to results review regarding the five-year rollup of achievement for high schools.
  3. 2009/10/13 Attitude Survey: Trustee Rice requested that information be provided to Trustees prior to results review regarding the attitude survey results for students, staff and parents by ward.
  4. 2008/09/23 Gender Education: Trustee Rice requested that information be provided regarding gender education; i.e., differentiated instruction for males and females.
