Trustee Motions

Trustee initiated motions are a way that individual trustees can create leadership and growth for the Board. These motions, if approved, are implemented by the Administration under the direction and supervision of the Superintendent.

Requests for Information: Esslinger, Bev

  1. 2010/02/23 Use of Portables in ASAP Schools: Trustee Esslinger requested that information be provided to clarify whether portables can be used for such things as before and after-school care in ASAP I schools opening in 2010 and information on the process for schools to access portables for community use.
  2. 2009/04/10 Policy Distribution: Trustee Esslinger requested that information be provided as to whether consideration has been given to using SchoolZone or school bulletin boards as a method of distributing information on policy reviews.
  3. 2008/09/23 Full-Day Kindergarten: Trustee Esslinger requested that additional information be provided regarding what other school districts are doing with respect to full-day kindergarten research.
