Trustee Motions

Trustee initiated motions are a way that individual trustees can create leadership and growth for the Board. These motions, if approved, are implemented by the Administration under the direction and supervision of the Superintendent.

School Board Goes Paperless

A School Board has gone paperless. They used laptops and an absent member used Skype to join the meeting. They say that it is a sign of the times. Many schools are moving to paperless classrooms and the board is please to follow suit.

Accountability Survey

To evaluate ‘school authority’ performance Alberta Education conducts an annual survey of students, teachers and parents. Generally students and their parents in grade 4, 7, and 10 will be surveyed.
