All Schools “Considered” for Closure—Closed (Parkdale, McCauley, Eastwood, Capilano, Fulton Place); Edmonton Communities Oppose Process; Respected Not For Profits Provide Research and Alternatives—Ignored.

Comments: The EPSB administration ordered the recommendations so that because of dependances between them it would have been difficult to consider each school separately. Cudos to the trustees that voted to reverse this order. The trustees did not have the City of Edmonton impact report until the beginning of the meeting! It contradicts the administration’s enrolment projections. The superintendent never answered a question directly. He is almost a master at this. Of course the tweets (and video) speak for themselves…
